We accept payment from Debit and Credit Cards.
Card transactions are handled through worldpay. An email confirming your order will be sent once we have received payment.
Please note we currently do not accept American Express.
We hope that you will love your new purchases(s), however in the case that you wish to return items please see the following policy guidelines.
We are happy to refund or exchange any item with 14 days of receipt. Please complete the returns form included in your package and send to the Bristol store (details on form or below). Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Please note that items must be returned in a re saleable condition i.e. unworn with all labels intact. We will not be able to accept returns for any non faulty items that have been worn, washed or tags removed.
Postage and Packaging are non refundable.
In the unlikely event you are sent the incorrect item please contact us within 14 days and we will do all we can to rectify this situation.
In the event that an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
You can also return items bought online directly to any of our stores with proof of purchase within 14 days. Please see below list of stores.

Last delivery dates to ensure your order arrives by Christmas Eve.
Standard delivery - 19th December
First Class - 20th December
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and will require a signature.
Delivery times for standard delivery are currently 3-5 working days. Please note whilst we endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, during busier times and in the run up to Christmas there may be unaviodable delays. £4.95 First Class Delivery using DPD Local's 'Next Day Courier service'
In the case of some home ware items which are particularly heavy/large we will need to use a courier service. This will incur a charge of £9.95. If this is the case this will be clearly stated on the items product description.
